The Best Planner for Stay At Home Moms

When I was new to my stay-at-home mom journey, I didn’t think I needed a planner. I couldn’t find one that held all the different parts of me.
I had a home to run, groceries to plan, a business to build, self-care to try and squeeze in—and then everything else that popped up out of nowhere.
Eventually, I found a planner that could actually do it all. And now I use it to manage my home, stay organized, and balance my plate a little better. Even though, let’s be honest—we both know there’s no such thing as perfect balance in this season of life.

They sell digital planners, and at first, I wasn’t a fan. I’ve always loved pen and paper. But using this with my iPad and Apple Pencil? It gives me the same writing satisfaction—and the best part? I can erase what I just wrote (which is very necessary as a mama).

Why I Love the Intentional Living Planner

I can use it on my phone, iPad, or computer—so no matter where I am, I can keep up with my to-do list.
2. Goal Setting by Quarters
This planner uses the 12-Week Year method, helping you focus on one quarter at a time instead of the full year. That’s so helpful as a mom, because we’re always in different seasons—and this planner helps you lean into what matters right now.
3. Meal Planning + Grocery List
You can keep your grocery list and weekly meals all in one place. When you plan your week, you can go ahead and schedule what’s for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
4. Monthly Outlook
Before a new month starts, you can add all your important dates, appointments, and priorities. It helps you see what’s coming, adjust if needed, and even color-code by different areas of your life.
5. Daily Planning
You can map out your tasks in time blocks and list what needs to move to the next day. That way, when tomorrow comes, you won’t have to wonder what didn’t get done—it’s already written out.
6. Reset Sections
There are built-in reset prompts for the week, month, and quarter. It helps you stay on top of things like oil changes, finances, self-care days, kids’ appointments—basically, the stuff that doesn’t happen daily but still matters.

You can track the goals you accomplished, and what fell through the cracks. It’s great for seeing what’s working, what’s not, and how to adjust.
