The Process
Step 1: Apply
Fill out a short application so I can confirm this VIP Day is the right support for your business and season of life.
Step 2: Secure Your Spot
Once approved, you’ll receive: Your contract, Your invoice (pay in full or payment plan)
After payment, you’ll be able to select your VIP Day date based on your payment option.
Step 3: Pre-Work & Brain Dump
After booking, you’ll get access to your private client portal, where you’ll book your date, complete your pre-work form at least 7 days before your VIP Day.
Step 4: VIP Day Build (7 Hours)
Your VIP Day is a done-for-you build day. You do not need to be present the entire time.
You’ll only need to be available via chat (in your Kitchen Client Portal) if I have a quick question or need confirmation.
Step 5: Walkthrough & Resources
After your VIP Day, you’ll receive:
1. Recorded walkthrough video of your system stored in Google Drive
2. Clear next steps so you know exactly how to use everything
3. Access to your organized ClickUp Business Hub ready to go
Step 6: 14 Days of Support
Starting the day after your VIP Day, you’ll receive 14 days of post-VIP support inside our chat portal so you’re not left figuring things out alone.
